How It Works
Hi! I am Amy, owner and president of Resolved Studios. I am looking forward to meeting you, hearing your story, catching your vision, and bringing your dream to reality!
How does it all work? Check out the following 7 steps.

STEP 1 Peruse our website
Make sure we are the right fit for you. Don't forget to check out the Special Offers page (under the Home tab) for all the good deals. Like what you see? Proceed to step 2!

STEP 2 Get in touch
I want you to have the best experience possible. The only way I can make that happen is to meet you and listen to your hopes and needs. Of course I prefer to have a coffee with you and go over all the details, but I know that is not always practical. You are more than welcome to contact me through Facebook, email, texting or calling (see all our links below). However, I do require a face-to-face meeting for larger projects (weddings, commercial shoots, etc.).

STEP 3 Cross our T's and dot our I's
In our meeting, we will put together a package that best suits all your expectations. To make sure we are all on the same page, we will go over the wheras's and wherefores (payment, policy, model releases, etc.), schedule the place and time of your shoot, and settle on a cost that best fits your budget.
Always let me know if you have a specific timeline for when you need your finished product.

STEP 4 Get excited!
After our meeting, get ready for a great experience. Don't forget to read our "Helpful Tips" attached above. We will continue to keep in touch regarding any cool ideas, complications or questions that may arise.

STEP 5 SHOOT!
The day of the shoot, we do our utmost to make your experience enjoyable, and relaxed. We give our creative best in capturing not just an image, but the emotion, personality and story behind it.

STEP 6 Processing (for us) & anticipating awesomeness (for you)
We get right to work on our 5-step image processing. It is always my goal to get the finished product to you as soon as possible, as I can't wait for you to see them! This will be around a week for smaller shoots, and up to four weeks for the largest projects.

STEP 7 Leave us a review
This is optional of course. But we are confident you will love your pictures so much, you'll want to share your experience with others!
